I really wanted to apply only one cycle. Would you add DO schools if you were in my shoes? I want to pursue ortho or neurosurgery so wanted to go MD.

U Washington admits less than 1% of applicants who are not from state in the Northwest. Schools including Indiana, Central Florida, Alabama, Virginia Commonwealth will probably "yield protect" with your stats. You could add any of these schools with your stats:
Kaiser
USF Morsani
Tufts
Dartmouth
Brown
Hofstra
Einstein
Mount Sinai
Cornell
Columbia
NYU
Pittsburgh
Rochester
Jefferson
Northwestern
Washington University (almost a guaranteed interview with your stats)

DO schools? You don't need them.

Shoot higher. Half of your list should be top 20 schools.

Just another applicant here, but I want to say how inspirational you are!
