You should not need to apply DO. Your metrics suggest you underperformed when it comes to getting interviews and offers. If you have to reapply, take a strong look at where you need to improve. If it's obvious to you, it's obvious to us.

Start writing secondaries today. You should have applied to and completed secondaries for the Michigan schools if you at least grew up there for a time. You also are aware that the Muslim population there is huge. Do more networking with the AMMSA chapters there and around the Midwest.

Nonclinical volunteering: continue with patient transportation. Expand to drive people around the community and not just health appointments. Like Meals on Wheels.

Good luck if you have to take Casper or PREview. By the way, how did you perform on those tests?
