Haven't taken the MCAT but interested on how medical schools will view my situtaion. 3.4 first semester freshman year and 2.3 second semester 🙁. >3.8 GPA sophmore year onward with atleast 3 upper level science each semester. Also, me and my girldfriend had a kid sophmore year and have been raising him while attending school fulltime. Some decent shadowing experience and volunteering with a student run rural health orginazation. I know there is a lot of information, I haven't graduated yet and plan on taking a few years off to work as a ER tech to gain clinical experience and volunteer at a free clinic. Anyone got an idea of if I seem like a reasonable applicant/ how med schools will see me?
