Website to find out views of residency directors about IMGs?

Hello,
does anyone know of a website that I can get contact information for residency directors in the U.S. regarding IMGs and the schools they have graduated from? I thought I would check out the foreign schools I am considering with the residency directors and get their opinions on them.
