Has anyone heard updates regarding the 50% cut to ILESI (the RVU decrease issue, not SGR). I know that the SGR cut has been postponed until arpil. Does this mean the RVU cut has been postponed as well? My billing company says as of now, the RVU cut is active, but they are pretty stupid sometimes so not sure if I believe them.

Only sgr cuts are delayed. RVU and fee schedule cuts are in effect, although the sgr fix did change them imperceptibly, 0.5% or so. Emailed asipp and they confirmed. Sucks.
