What are my chances as a reapplicant

Im a reapplicant in the hopes of getting in for the Fall of 2007. The main reason why I wasn't accepted last year was because of my OAT score of 280. I took kaplans OAT course and improved my score to only 290. I have a GPA of 3.5. I have worked w/ 3 optometrist for the past 3 years. I'm trained in refraction, basic slit lamp, and cl fitting. I had my interview last fall, so Todd said I most likely won't be invited for another interview unless the committee thinks its nec. What do you guys think my chances are? Has anybody been accepted w/ my sort of score.
