Hello! So wondering what programs I should apply to / what my chances are at matching into a solid academic IM program in the east coast or texas/arizona/new mexico area (coming from state MD school)
Step 1: 223 Step 2: 251 mostly high pass (in medicine too) and 2 passes,
3rd quartile,
GHHS,
15+ pubs including 8 first author,
lots of volunteering/leadership,
solid LORs in IM and other specialities
I would love to match into a place like Boston U or Tufts or any good academic program that has lots of research and fellowship opportunities. What are some places to consider/what do my chances look like for this match? Thanks!
