I am very confused as the CAAPID is new this year
What are my chances with
ECE- 3.68 BDS completed in 2009
TOEFL-111
NBDE part 1 PASS in 2015
2 Yr Dental Assistant Experience
I have recently become a US Citizen
I also am completing my Bachelors of Science (Chemistry) this May
I am planning to give my part 2 in July or August

What do you mean by "caapid is new this year" ?
You have good stats so far. Maybe adding a little bit of volunteering experience will help too.
