No background check should see expunged or sealed records. That's like a legal definition...

Depends on how long your “record” has been available online before it was sealed or expunged, meaning while legally sealed or expunged records cannot be seen through a background check, it can still show up on certain sites due to those sites not updating their pages.

Best thing to do is to run a self background check and if any sealed or expunged information shows up, then have your lawyer send a letter to the site to take the info off.
