Hello I am a non-trad sort of. Many of you know my story due to my many annoying questions. I have another.

My goal was to take:

Fall 2014:
Phys I
Chem I
Marketing (for my major)

Spring 2015:
Phys II
Chem II
Bio I (retake)

Fall 2015:
O Chem I
Bio II (retake)

Spring 2016:
O Chem II
Biochem???

April MCAT
apply June 2016.

Do I need to take upper division to be competitive or are these classes enough (after I complete my BSBA this winter)? If I took upper level classes after applying would it make a difference? Thanks!!

You should take biochem and at least 2 upper level bio courses.

Edit: take them before you apply. A's in those classes will help your app substantially.

Put yourself in the shoes of an adcom that's reviewing the following apps:

A) an upward trend (~3.8 sGPA as a post bacc) with A's in biochem and at least 2 upper level bio courses.
B) an upward trend (~3.8 sGPA as a post bacc) without grades for biochem and upper level bio courses.

The choice is pretty obvious to me.
