Here's the quick and dirty. I've had calc based physics II. I made a C in it last year. I've found out that schools only require the algebra based physics. Would it look bad if I took the algebra based physics class to offset the C I made in the calc based class?

I doubt they'd notice! Go for it. In effect, you will be taking a Math GPA booster. There are better BCPM GPA boosters!
