What does it take to fail Level 2 PE?

I keep reading horror stories online of people forgetting to do things during the H&P's of patient encounters in PE... then these same people say they pasted. Does anyone really know what constitutes a failure? Waiting sucks plain and simple for the scores to come out.

No one can really tell you because there aren’t objective findings. You can muck up one case all to hell and it doesn’t matter if you do your rest well (that was me haha).
