Medical What format/interface do adcoms read the primary application in?

I was compiling my primary app before submitting, and the PDF that gets constructed is not very aesthetically pleasing. The longer paragraphs in my personal statement, in particular, are hard to read in such tiny font. Do adcoms view the primary applications in that same PDF format? I could potentially break up the paragraphs into smaller ones to make it easier to read but I wasn't sure if they see it the same way we do.

Honestly it is not an easy answer. It depends on how the admissions office decides to present the information. I'm not sure if you as the applicant can print it in that template as well, but I think so.

We can enlarge the font if we have trouble reading it.

While you can break up paragraphs to make it seemingly more readable, some med schools choose to eliminate paragraphing completely so the application takes fewer pages.
