what is a good number of programs to apply to?

Hey I was wondering what a good number of TYs to apply to is for my stats. Is 20-25 programs sufficient?
USMD, mid tier school, pass step 1, step 2 251, third quartile. Lots of research but not much else on the application. No AOA, GHHS. Trying to go to the west coast
