What is the best pain board review book? Is there a concise board review book, something similar to Faust's Anesthesiology Review, which is not 100% comprehensive but will likely enable a passing score?

I purchased "Pain Medicine & Management: just the facts", by Wallace and Staats. This is a paper back book that is not too dense for quick memorization. From my personal research, there is no gold standard board review book for this exam. I have received universally poor reviews regarding Jensen's book. Wallace's book seems to be a good starting point for board review.

Repost, any recommendations for board review and/or questions?
