What kind of jobs are out there?

I need a little help choosing what to go back to school for I was thinking about nursing and be a psychiatric nurse but my passion is working with people that have disabilities. I currently work as a DSP and work with various types of people with various types of disabilities everyday. I tried googling some careers that go further than where I am but I didn't find too much I really want something where I can work with these people and their disabilities on a daily basis
