I'm a non-traditional applicant. My sGPA is 3.8 and AA is 24. I have two children. What schools are great for a student like me? Ideally, the city where is school is in has a low cost of living and has a good environment for young children.
Thank you so much.

Avoid big cities.

UConn seemed pretty suburban. Stony Brook is also suburban. Check out the Midwest.

with your stats you should be shooting for cheaper public schools but I have heard Roseman offers a balanced lifestyle, though that may have changed as it will be a 3-year program going forward
