What schools don't read LOR before II?

Not so much a list, but Michigan offers IIs before LORs and even before secondaries in some cases. I've *heard* Duke does the same, but since their timeline is generally slower than Michigan's I don't know if really makes that much of a difference. There are probably others.

Indiana...you don't need them in until the day of your interview...actually I think you can even turn them in later than that.
