What schools don't read LOR before II?

Does anyone have a list they want to share? I'm very curious!

Not so much a list, but Michigan offers IIs before LORs and even before secondaries in some cases. I've *heard* Duke does the same, but since their timeline is generally slower than Michigan's I don't know if really makes that much of a difference. There are probably others.

I know Duke for sure doesn't download the LORs before the day of your interview...

Indiana...you don't need them in until the day of your interview...actually I think you can even turn them in later than that.
