What schools to apply to?

I'm from Texas so I'm of course applying to all the texas schools, but other than that I have no idea where to apply.

Well some things I think make a good dental school are:

-A school that keeps the debt low
-Smaller class sizes (like 100 or less)
-Somewhere I can study & do clinical experiences so that when I get out, I can be as prepared as possible
-Location that is not too cold (again, I'm from texas)
