What specialties value step 2 the most?

Trying to think positive about a lower than expected step 1 score. Was really interested in Anesthesia & EM but my step1 score is right around the avg for many of the specialties I was interested in.

Any one know which programs may care less about an avg/lower than avg step 1 if step 2 scores jump up?

I've heard that EM places a lot of value on Step 2 whereas IM places a lot of value on Step 1

IM places a lot of importance on Step 2. Apparently some highish tier places are considering changing their #1 criteria from a Step 1 score to a Step 2 score.
