What's IRS address to mail tax return for CA residents?

I recently picked up a copy of this year's tax return from post office. However, it didn't come w/ an self-addressed envelope where I'd be able to mail my return. I'm filling out a 1040A.
I looked online and found:
http://www.irs.gov/file/article/0,,id=100718,00.html lists the address as:

Fresno, CA
93888-0015

This the right address for California Residents?

i.e.

Internal Revenue Service
Fresno, CA
93888-0015

caught me at the right time.. i'm doing my fasfa! hope you get a huge refund. mine wasn't nearly big enough.
