Whats your best approximation of a DAT score -> MCAT score?

I know they are both very different exams. But as someone who is switching from DAT to MCAT I'm just curious how the scores would approximately translate. What would a 20 on the DAT translate to on the MCAT (not my official DAT score).

Who cares? Those are two completely different tests, with the MCAT being harder. Just study properly and you should be fine. I don't know if you can compare the two in terms of score, I guess you can find the percentiles for each.

If you just look at percentiles then it is roughly 75%tile.

That is about a 29 on the old MCAT which is hypothetically a 505 on 2015 MCAT. I doubt it would translate over though as the MCAT seems much more challenging based on the question style and breadth of content.
