I just completed some interviews for ep programs - Michigan, Ohio State and UCSD. Anybody have any idea when they typically start handing out offers?

I'm currently waiting to hear from my top choice program but got offered a spot somewhere else in the meantime. Can't figure out how to balance these two.

Im trying to figure out when to recontact my top choice post-interview without annoying them. How long is acceptable? When do offers typically come?
