Which US allopathic programs should I apply to? What distribution of safety, match and reach schools should I include? All comments are welcome.

Are you applying this cycle? When did you submit?

My primary got verified last week. I already applied to all the Canadian allopathic programs because of my residency. For US medical schools, I am applying to Dartmouth, NYU, Columbia, Mt. Sinai, and Duke so far. Should I add more to that list?

Your verbal score will hurt. I suggest some lower tiers.

If you are serious about getting into an MD school based on your stats, which are fabulous, I would apply to at least 20. It also wouldn't hurt to contact some of these schools you are interested in to get you on their radar. You'd be amazed by what can be done simply by being very nice :)
