Where's GI heading?

Hey guys, wanted to revive this board a little bit. Where do we see GI in 5-10-20 years? We're hearing a lot about MRI colonpgraphy now... if people end up getting screening exams via MRI rather than colonoscopy, how will this impact the field? Do we see GI docs doing more less-invasive procedures, entering the realm of general surgeons, or will that be for only very specialized endoscopists?
