Oxygen or Chlorine, which is more electronegative?
is it Cl because it's in the group of F and it's right beneath it or is it O because it's on top and right next to F?

Or are they the same?

always have wondered about this?

oxyen is the second most electronegative element, its in the gen chem books..and i believe Cl would be the third most electronegative element

I think O is more electronegativity than N. I look it up for Pauling scale and O is 3.44 and N is 3.04.
Correct me if im wrong.
