Hello,

I am incredibly grateful to have two potential job opportunities after a long period of joblessness due to Covid-19. I am in final stages of interviewing for each. I would like to take the job with the most clinical exposure, which is a weakness in my current application. Both positions interest me, though I would like to take the position which will help further my ultimate goal of attending medical school. Which might be considered more valuable experience to ad coms?

The Research Coordinator role involves study administration, recruiting for the study and carrying out research interviews.

The Contact Tracer role involves both phone interviews and field work in tracing covid cases and contacts, following up to monitor symptoms and connecting individuals with resources as needed. It is a unique opportunity to be able to help out during the pandemic.

Thank you for your thoughts.
Do what you love and love what you do.

You should approach anything like this as to what interests you the most, not what interests Adcoms.
