Which state has the best insurance reimbursement rates?

Posted this on the pre-podiatry forum, figured i'd bring it over here. Basically, what state is the best to practice podiatry in general? I know their are a myriad of factors. Thanks.

For example, I've heard the scope of practice has been limited in NYS. Even though it has recently expanded I still see on these forums that NYS isn't desirable. Why is this? Thanks.
