Hello,
I am a PA pharmacy student graduating in May. I worked for Rite Aid during my last few summers in CA. I was wondering how you guys got your hours from a major chain in CA to the CA state board of pharmacy. I didn't have a particular home store although i probably technically did because I mostly floated. I was wondering if i DID have to fill out form 17A-29, who can I ask to sign as the pharmacist (maybe my home store's pharmacy manager?)

I am not familiar with how this is done as I am graduating from a Pennsylvania pharmacy school. Let me know what some of you guys did!

Thanks guys!

You should document the # of hours in each store and have the pharmacy managers sign them and send into the CA BOP... Making sure each were licensed for over a year at the time of the first day on the form
