There are three different models of ModuPro™, so you will want to be sure to purchase the model that is compatible with the site where you take the exam. Passing RT exam after NBDE in California, qualifies an international dentist to take WREB. In MN state, you just need to pass NBDE, get evaluation through ICA (a big pain), take TOEFL and take an 8 CDE hours course on Infection Control from American Dental Assocaition.
