Question for folks on a wrvu pay structure. When "counting" your own revenue how are multilevel procedures handled. I.e. 3 level RFA or bilateral transformanil injections? Trying to figure out if I should change my structure

Thanks

For facets, level 2 and 3 are less than level 1. So the decrement is built into the wrvu structure. i.e. 64493=1.5, whereas 64494 is 1 wrvu. Same applies for RFA..

For 50 modifier, every employer is different. Mine pays me 50%. So I get 1.9 wrvu for 1 level tfesi, and 2.8 for a b/l tfesi.

So adding the -50 modified actually pays you 1.5x the procedure not 50% of the procedure
