can only F,O, and N hydrogen bond?

i've heard this a couple of times recently. I was always under the pressure H bonds can occur with other electronegative atoms like S-H? why is it only F,O,and N?

Only F, O, and N are electronegative enough to create a strong enough partial positive on the hydrogen, and basic enough to donate their lone pair to form the hydrogen bond.
