I've been trying to schedule my step 2 this weekend, and I keep getting an error message or it resets me back to the default "which test would you like to take" page. I would love to file a complaint or contact them, but their phones only work m-f 8-5, and their email contact keeps pulling up a contact website support team message. Anyone else having this problem?
 
i kept having the same problem, the only way around is to call them. another thing that has sometimes worked is using a different browser. I have a mac and I kept running into this problem whenever I used chrome but I tried switching to Safari and it worked. Gluck
 
yea I keep getting that too, its not the greatest website for sure. My local dog groomer has a better site lol Anyways hopefully itll be working next week if not its time to call them 🙂
 
Something similar to this happened to me a couple of months ago and I was told by the customer service/ help desk person just to try again later in the day (ie. several hours later).
 
I had been trying for 2-3 days same old message, some days I would get closer and closer but then it crashes all over again, so I just decided to call and use their automated system to schedule! worked fine!
 
Just scheduled my CK. Had no problems other then being a bit slow.
