HI everyone! I go to a T20/former T20 medical school and I just found out i flopped badly on step 2 (238). I would say I have been involved in 5-6 research projects that would not be published by the time I have my app in, i have some community work, and good MSPEs. im wondering if top academic programs for OBGYN are completely out of reach given my scores and if I should apply mostly to community programs? I know some schools blind step 2 scores not sure if anyone has any insight

I’m not in OB or academia, but there’s a large spectrum of programs between “top academic” and “community”. My guess is you’d be fine for solid academic programs, even if your chances are poor at top academic programs (IF).
