I failed by a small amount the first time and wanted to appeal, until I read the guidelines for appeal. As the above poster said, unless it is a math error there isn't anything to appeal.
They won't review the scores given (which means they can't change a score). The score they gave you is what you got, so unless they added things up wrong you shouldn't waste the time and money appealing. Based on their criteria they will take your appeal money and then send you a letter saying your case doesn't even qualify for a review.
