For Later Submitters (Late July-Aug): What have YOU heard from schools?

i think i've annoyed the people at AADSAS so much they are mailing my letters to my schools tomorrow...only 8 days after they received my committee letter from my advisor. 😀


and i'm on a first name basis with the nice office ladies from all the schools (at least the ones that actually answer their phones)
 
Received snail mail from Creighton saying that my app was complete. Anyone know how long after the snail mail the interview invite or rejection will follow?
 
I applied 7/28 and it was mailed 8/10 (but couple of my letters were not in till end of august).

Interviews at Nova and Case
Rejection from UMDNJ
App complete and waiting to hear from UW, OHSU, USC, UCSF, UOP, Western, ASDOH, midwestern, NYU, Columbia, Stony, VCU, Buffalo, and UNLV.

I am still waiting to hear anything and received snail mail= app complete- end of August....
on the positive note- Louisville invite and Tufts invite!!!!

KitKat, if you don't mind saying, what are your stats? Did you just receive the Louisville invite? And what does your AADSAS status say about Louisville? Thanks!
 
buffffalo interview!

AADSAS date submitted: 8/11
Application Completed: 9/16

the earliest date for buffalo is nov 12th, they are filling up quick! 🙂
 
I'm getting really nervous. I've had no school contact me yet!! =(

alot of the schools are still "Received/Under Review" only Columbia is "completed"
 
im getting nervous. have heard nothing from NYU, USC, UNLV, BU, ASDOH

im complete at all of them (except NYU) and it has been at least 3 weeks since i was complete...
 
I'm going to Buffalo on the 12th. Debating on flying there since it seems to be cheaper than driving. Does anyone have any suggestions for hotels that is close to the south campus?

UNLV Interview (my first, FINALLY!)

AADSAS date submitted: 7/31
Application Completed: 8/28
Interview Invite: 10/2
Interview scheduled: (need to call them on Monday!)
 
Submitted July 22nd, DAT taken August 11th..most schools recieved apps beginning of September.
So far Nova and Case Interviews (January and April respectively)
Patiently Patiently Patiently waiting on Boston, NYU (app complete Sept 10th), Columbia, Maryland, Havard, UCSF (app complete Sept 16th) and Michigan.
If anyone has same stats and applied same time...any news?

ya i had an aadsas update from BU on August 27th..saying its complete and they re reviewing..nothing so far though!
 
I finally have a status from Buffalo and Maryland on AADSAS. Anyone with a 8.24 mailing or later have a AADSAS status from BU? I received an app received email from them sept 4, but nothing since then.

I had 8.24 mailing as well and still no AADSAS status update. I called a few weeks back to double check that they had everything and asked about the status. They said not to worry about it and they will update it soon.

yep, for BU mailing date was 8.24, email from them 9.4, and nothing since as well. i also just got the UMBC aadsas update too, but nothing else; i guess we'll continue waiting...
 
Hey mazaag.. I have almost the exact same stats as you. 20 SA and 19 AA and a 3.83 GPA. Also have been invited for Case and Nova interviews. Still waiting for more like you.

complete at NYU today and Western a week ago. You guys think I might get a pre-Dec interview? Its almost end of October!!! ahhhhh!!!

oh and whats the deal with USC? anyone get anything? I havent seen anyone mentioning USC on the forums either.

last year about this time USC stopped giving out pre Dec invites so I would not be surprised if they achieved their pre Dec limit as they have different way of interviewing. Per their website they only choose 1/4 of the class from pre Dec interviews and will choose 1/4 from each group post Dec- Dec-Jan, Jan-Feb, Feb-March. Same info I received during my interview there.
NYU still has Nov dates open but it takes people 6-8 weeks to hear from them...
 
Anyone from late July or early Aug have an interview at Mich or Pacific yet?? They are the last ones I'm waiting to hear from...

Haven't heard anything from schools in about 3 weeks, but NYU emailed me yesterday saying my app was complete.
 
Woohoo! UNLV invite today via email. Complete since mid September. The only bad thing is that they are booked until mid January!
 
Iowa Interview!!!

However I have yet to hear from any of the another schools I applied to (in terms of interviews. I have received secondary apps from the 6 I applied to).

1 rejection ASDOH.....

I mailed out 7/31 and got 5 interviews in september: ASDOH, Midwestern, Tufts, UF, and UNLV and then dead... haven't heard anything in a month....

GPA 3.6/3.6, 21/20/20....

Applied to most CA schools, NYU, BU, temple, OHSU, UK- anyone in the same boat? Any recent updates?
