Good Website For Procedure Pictures and Instrument Identification

Hey guys wondering if you could direct me to a website which has detailed pictures of dental procedure steps like crowns, onlays, root canals etc. I know i've seen one before its like 1stdentist.com or something. Also wondering if there are any websites which go over the common dental tools, show a picture and explain their usual usages.

I'm shadowing a dentist at the moment and don't want to bog him down with too many questions, and this would undoubtely enhance my experience.

Go to the sticky thread "Links of interest...."
Search for some UCLA link with slide presentations of some procedures.
