Ladies and Gents:

Over the last 4.5 years of my participation on SDN, I've compiled some of the most infamous and most read threads. Some of the all time favorites included the original STATS PAGE, Under The 3.0 Club, My NBDE Part I Study Log, and My OMFS Externship Journey.

Other interesting threads include:

Compiled advise on how to study for NBDE Part 1

My OMFS application experiences

Specialty stats

Dental terms and vocabularies

If you enjoy reading my crap, you'll have days of reading materials between all the threads listed above. A side note, my Under The 3.0 Club thread is the longest running thread in the Dental Forums and it has the most views and posts, I believe I've earned the SDN Best Thread Award in the Dental Forums for the first ever SDN Forum Awards!

Enjoy the reading! 👍

singing that Garth Brooks song.....

Well i'm shameless,
when it comes to loving you,
I'll do anything you want me to,
I'll do anything at all.

And i'm standing here for all the world to see,
Oh baby, that's what's left of me,
Don't have very far to fall.

You know now i'm not a man who's ever been,
Insecure about the world i've been living in,
I don't break easy, i have my pride,
But if you need to be satisfied.

I'm shameless, oh honey, i don't have a prayer,
Every time i see you standin' there,
I go down upon my knees......

Alright enough of that...love that song though! 👍

As a person who paruses several messageboards (yes, pathetic I know), you are without a doubt the biggest attention ***** I've seen. Congrats.

Is there an award for that? I need to boost up my CV for the next go round if I don't match! :meanie:

Wow, you need to get over yourself.

Forget match...you should run for political office. If a former pro wrestler can govern frozen MN, surely you've got a great chance. 🙂

Yeah, it's funny that these random, useless threads are allowed to keep going in the dental forum. Yah-E must be mormon.

I will be interested to see if he matches though. As far as i'm concerned, this will be the anecdote to end all anecdotes about whether: if you want it bad enough (i.e.dental specialty), you'll eventually get it. It seems to me that Yah-E's strongest application point is the ridiculous amount of time he spent doing externships. And I guess his leadership (class prez at nova?). Will this be enough to make up for a 90 board score, dental class ranking of 19/106, undergrad GPA of 2.66, a drunk driving conviction, and the fact that he's a total tool? You can't blame him for not having any real research, after all, it's nova: brand-new school, with a cookie-cutter dentist training ("research is for losers") focus.

It's like the ultimate reality tv show.
