what? why would they ask the position of your supervisor for? I thought it referred to you. what was your position, your job title, during this experience?

well further down it sayd type of postition, and that refers to you. I also think it is the doc.

I still think it makes more sense that it would be your position title. When you look the work experience section "Position title" is included with the description concerning you. I emailed the AADSAS people. When I get a reply I will post the answer.

for employer, if you worked for a company or organization, then that's what you enter. if you worked for a person the it's their name.

i certainly thought it was the title of the doctor... ie... general practictioner, orthodontist, periodontist, etc.

I think it's the the applicants postion title such as dental assistant, ortho assit, pros assit, lab assist, volunteer...etc.

Yea, tissy is right is the applicant position. When they ask you in the question before to fill the supervisors name, that is the place for you to put John Smith D.D.S. Or whatever his title position was.

I posted the reply I got from AADSAS a day or two ago under "Please Read😛osition title" thread 😀 . There are so many threads that it's difficult to find the info. Anyway, the AADSAS peeps say that it is in reference to the supervisor NOT you. I think they want General pract., ortho, endo, ect....
