which one, Colorado or Buffalo?

which one, Colorado or Buffalo? Assuming I'm out of state for both schools.CO I can't get instate after one year but new york I can. CO is closer to home but much more expensive due to not being able to obtain residency status. Buffalo is much cheaper with and without instate tuition. Please help 😀

say i dont get wiche to colorado, it will cost me 240k or buffalo after first year i can get instate and itll cost me 170k. I want to go to denver but the cost is tempting me not to if i dont get wiche. I live in az so denver is much closer to home. What would you guys do?
