There have been a number inquiries regarding the possibility of transferring to another ds. It should be clear at the onset that while this is possible, the number of transfers will be rather limited since transfers will be a function of the presence/absence and rate of attrition. Since no dean with his/her faculties intact will be in the business of raiding other schools for students, it is expected that whenever and wherever transfers are allowed, they will be justified by extenuating personal circumstances. Using the attrition rate of 2.2% last reported for the 2006-07 academic year, the maximum number of transfers/seats allocated to international students at the D2 level would be roughly 100 slots. An additional ~47 slots become available from the attrition rate of 1.1 % for year two and ~28 slots from the D3 attrition (0.6%).
