Please help!!

Hello everyone,

I am a caribbean student. stats 215/89 step 1, step 2 198/81, cs failed first time but retook last month but wont get the score back til dec. 9th. I just applied for 40 pmr programs. do i have any chances getting interviews? should i apply to more programs? any advice would be appreciated. I have decent letters and good clinical grades. only blemish is my cs score.

most programs are not too concerned with scores. top programs are more likely to use scores to filter applicants. not sure who you applied to, but with 40 programs you should get some interviews and likely match somewhere so long as you really want to be a physiatrist and your interviewers know that...and you're not a jerk. at the same time, it is a lot easier to turn down interviews than wish you applied to more if you got the change.
