where should I enter this in ERAS?

I have a query. My poster (me as first author) was presented at ASCO 2010 conference and also published in suppl issue of Journal of Clinical Oncology. The respective links are:-

Should I include this in Poster Presentation or in Peer Reviewed Journal Articles/Abstracts or Peer Reviewed Online Publication?😕

I don't think it really matters, pick one and run with it. The only variable would be if you weren't actually the one standing by the poster in Chicago, I would put it in the Journal Articles/Abstracts section. Since JCO physically publishes all the ASCO abstracts, it has been physically published and you could put it in that section without difficulty.
 
similar question-

I've submitted abstracts for a conference, which were accepted. All submitted abstracts will be published in a peer-review journal.... so, should I go ahead and list them under "peer reviewed publications" or no?

* Also- I received a letter of solicitation regarding one of my review papers from a platinum journal (big impact factor). The editor has told me and my PD to get this in ASAP.

The review paper is preliminarily written, however 2nd draft needs to be revised. Should I go ahead and list this on my ERAS publications so that I can submit by Sept 1st OR should I wait until it is officially accepted and then submit my CAF (which may be after Sept 1st)? This will be an exceptional publication to add to my cv.

Opinions?
