free 120

I was wondering if the Free 120 questions on USMLE site are the same as the PDF Sample Questions provided in the website (they were both updated February 2017 and it raised some questions). I wouldn't like to open a 120 block and find out the hard way. Anyone?

For those who've received their scores, how did the 120 sample questions (updated 2016) on the USMLE site correlate to the real thing? What score range would 90% correct on those questions translate to, roughly? Also, did anyone else find those questions somewhat challenging compared to the...
