pending status

Hi all, I would like to know who have experience or in same situation as me now. I applied as international, bc as of now I am, but my green card process is in pending--almost done. My I-140 was approved Feb 2018 (filed Dec 2016), and my I-485 is pending, but biometric done in April 2018, case...
