Sorry for yet another photo question. I didn't do my research ahead of time and got headshots done outdoors in my suit. Would this work, or should I try again with a passport style photo? [Actual photo deleted for privacy]

So my picture on the Maryland supplemental application is not blurry on my computer but when I open it on the website it is blurry. Has anyone else had this issue?
