I would like to know if there are any such programs in the Southeast US. Do 0-6 year programs mean that they require little college before applying to the program? I have an associate's degree, so would I still be able to apply to these types of programs?

The "0" means one is just fresh out of high school. If accepted, one starts as a 1st year, or freshman.

An assoc. degree may be equal to the 1st or 2nd year, pre-requisites, of the pharmacy school of choice if transferring, meaning you can either start as the 2nd or 3rd year undergrad. depending on the prospective school's curriculum requirements. So contact the school's admission office for more details.
