1-2 Days Continueing Education Programs and Symposiums

Some dental Schools offer continuing education programs and symposiums several times a year. Would attending these programs boost the application significantly and help in getting admission? Has anyone attended these courses?

I know CE improves your application, but I don't know how much CE is good enough. Hopefully other colleagues can chime in.

This is a great way to imporve the application since most of these programs are only one or two days. The maximum it seems is a week. Hopefully someone can shed some light on to which extent it will improve the application.
