Hey I was wondering if people who have taken the exam at 1 penn plaza in NYC can tell me how the environment, if they allow you to touch the screen, the procedure, etc and if theirs anything they didn't like about it ( noise, etc)

hey anyone?

My sister took it there last year and she had no complaints.. some noise though (got a 22)
also have a friend who took it there and also complained of noise.. (Got a 20)
this was last year though.. they say it sounded like a recording studio was next door because they played parts of a song over and over.. and right around the reading Comp. portion of the test..

Any one know anything about 201 E 42nd??

our kaplan teacher said she took all of her tests at one penn plaza and really liked it there.
